Frequently Asked Questions
How much of a time commitment will this require?
I understand your time is precious. Week 1 will require the most time, 2-3 hours. After that, you'll have bi-weekly calls and weekly progress reports.
What programs do you use to build the dashboards?
It depends on YOUR business needs. I most often work with Looker Studio & Klipfolio but stay updated on several other programs as well.
I'm not a numbers person, can you teach my team to use the dashboard?
Yes, training and resources for you and your team will be provided. Additional 1:1 training is available for an additional fee after the project has ended.
What happens after our time has ended?
There are options to help you maintain your dashboard or have additional consulting support.
Do you offer refunds?
No. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to allow me the chance to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
What if I need more than one dashboard?
That will be outlined in your proposal once I fully understand your needs. Sometimes 2-3 dashboards are needed depending on team access requirements.
Will the dashboard alone get me the results I'm looking for?
Honestly, NO. The dashboard is one part of a comprehensive system to build a data-backed team culture. Using the system consistently WILL deliver the results you are looking for!
